Another overpriced venue where extras such as sauce are additional to displayed prices. Ordered medium steak; received medium rare. My wife observed a tall skinny dark haired gentleman who appeared to be the kitchen hand flick a cockroach off the wall behind the grills with a teatowel he then returned to its perch on his shoulder.You decide

I had a pulled pork roll and my bf, beef short ribs. My pork was frozen and the short ribs tasted off. The two stars are for the excellent service for each of the two staff members. Also, a ribs restaurant should have hot sauce. Why no hot sauce?
